Life, Meaning and New Beginnings

I've never written in a diary before. Hell, I haven't touched my pen for a long time. I guess I was stuck in a moment where beauty of life seems so far away.

Anupam Roy once said, “To change is to live.” It's not that easy as it sounds. To let go of a custom is the hardest thing to do. It's not impossible, you can do it certainly. All you need is a gentle push or some accidents or a miracle. For me it was an accident. My phone fell out of my hand when I was lying down in my bed. The screen was broken and it started flashing. And in that same moment my life was flashing in front of my eyes. That's how first page of my diary ends.

You wanna know my irony? I'm writing this shit down in a 2013 "Engineering Diary". So basically I've never written any goddamn thing in 7 or 8 years at this diary. I also never got the chance to do "Engineering". I used to keep collecting stuffs and store them here. Just checked that I've my film tickets in-between pages.

My morning routine has changed. Someday I run and sometimes I walk or I just do bit of both. Today I had gone for a walk. It was just me and nature - all alone in the fresh brightness. Those soothing cozy sunrays give you a vibe of hope. It stays with you till the end of the day and it says that days are gonna be better. Then I came home and tried Wim Hof method again. I religiously follow Ronnie & Barty's vlogs. So when Rohan (read Ronnie) told that he was getting good vibes after doing this method, I was hooked instantly. Cause I heard about this method long ago but I didn't check it for myself until now. I'm feeling fresh and energised.

Even though I was charging my phone in the morning, I was checking it in between. Then Ronnie's Morning Routine vlog came and he told that he don't touch his phone upto 2 hours after waking up. In his early days he used to attach a note on the phone which said "Do Not Touch". Nowadays I also don't check my phone until 8:30-9:00 in the morning and I'm happy about it.

I guess that I've got my freedom. The freedom to stay in the moment and live it to the fullest. I'm somewhat free of my phone. I can now let go of habits and create anew. I think that my idea of freedom came from a comedian who doesn't fear the system yet respect it. His name is Vir Das. His YouTube channel is called Vir Das COMEDY and it's running a series named #TenOnTen. It releases on the 10th day of every month and there's a episode named “Who has Freedom of Speech?”. Check it out if you haven't yet. You'll get the perspective.

So all people that I've mentioned earlier are my idol, inspiration and guide. And I thank them whole-heartedly for their positivity and many more unsaid things.

I live in a blessed village where there was not enough fear of pandemic until 2021. I mean that we were simply living a normal life just with a mask. People are always struggling here. Things are getting a bit serious now. My known people have died. It's hard to sympathise - you actually can't. Few people have gotten positive which isn't a positive term anymore. I'll say that they're actually careless sometimes, even after getting +ve. I simply don't understand them.

Anyway let's end it in a good way. This is my first try on writing something this long, so there could be a lot of grammatical mistakes. You can write those down. I don't mind and it'll rather help me. And if you liked this random nothingness, please share it with your loved ones. Thank you, stay loved.
